COLUMBIA STATE PRESENTS NEW LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS

Columbia State Community College has launched a comprehensive leadership training series entitled New Frontline Leadership Skills. Created by Development Dimensions International, the innovative series highlights how motivated employees can develop and sustain the leadership skills necessary for success in a business environment.

Each four-hour session will take place at the Columbia Campus, and will concentrate on the challenges new leaders face and on the proactive measures and effective solutions leaders can use to achieve their business goals. The investment for each session is $149 per person. Enrollment is limited to 18 participants per session. Anyone attending all six classes will be presented with a special Leadership Training Certificate.
