Join us for an electrifying performance by Columbia's beloved community big band, The Merchants of Cool! With their swinging 20-piece ensemble, they'll take you on a journey through the golden era of swing, jazz, pop, and easy listening sounds from the 1930s and 1940s.
Experience the magic of the big band era with timeless classics and audience favorites like "Begin the Beguine" and "Swing Swing Swing," alongside hits from legends like George Gershwin and Irving Berlin. Prepare to be dazzled by their high-energy showmanship and infectious rhythm!
Bring the whole family for an afternoon of music, dancing, and nostalgia. Doors open at 2:30 PM, and all members of the community are welcome.
